- Alyssa Milano..actress...star of Charmed...you could tell she'd be beautiful when she was on Who's The Boss and she proved everyone right...she's continued to be beautiful physically and as a person over the years...says a lot on Twitter that I not only agree with, but applaud
- Amelia Draper...meteorologist in Washington DC...Penn State alum...1st saw her when she was working in Erie and some buddies and I were having lunch on our way to Canton. Then she came to Buffalo and I was lucky enough to meet her and she turned out to be even prettier in person
- Amy Gumenick...actress...1st saw her on Supernatural but then she lit up the TV screen again as Cupid on Arrow
- Angela Christoforos...reporter in Buffalo....Greek ethnicity...there's just something about her gorgeous eyes
- Anna Kendrick...actress who I never saw in anything until Lip Sync Battle...cute and has a wicked sense of humor
- April Scott...actress, model...1st saw her in Dukes of Hazzard The Beginning as Daisy Duke. Growing up, I had a crush on the 1st Daisy but April was far better, IMO. Jessica Simpson was just too over the top sexy to be realistic as a girl-next-door type and Catherine Bach was too Southern for me to relate to. April was just as sexy as Jessica without being so over the top about it and was Southern enough for the role but still relatable to me. She follows me on Twitter and Instagram
- Ariana Grande...absolutely gorgeous singer who hasn't always thought things out before speaking...saying she hated America when she meant that she hated that there is so much obesity in America...saying she's the hardest working 23 year old in the world...on that, I'm not saying she's not, but it's a pretty bold statement to make....not all bad...she can be incredibly kind and gracious and can get fired up when she's wronged, like when a fan of her boyfriend objectified her right in front of her.
- Ashley Benson...admittedly, it's more for her physical beauty than anything else...1st saw her in a guest spot on Supernatural
- Brittany Spears...was hot when she 1st broke into the scene and almost 20 years later, she's even hotter
- Caity Lotz...plays Sara Lance, first on Arrow and now as the captain of the Waverider on Legends of Tomorrow. The freckle-faced blonde brings both men and women to their knees.
- Candice Patton...plays Iris West on the Flash. There have been a lot of people of color filling roles of comic characters that have always been white... Candace's beauty and acting have been the story, not her skin color.
- Cassandra Scerbo...while I first saw her in a Bring It On movie, she 1st caught my attention as Nova Clarke in the Sharknado movies, a bartender whose hatred of sharks is ingrained in her ever since an attack took her grandfather. Cassie's character is the most well-developed of all the characters in those movies and I doubt any other actress could do the role as well. Outside of acting, she's big on charitable endeavors and is the vice-president of the Boo2Bullying foundation. Also, she follows me on Twitter.
- Chrissy Teigen...a supermodel married to John Legend who I admittedly paid no attention to until a year ago when I caught Lip Sync Battle, where she serves as the colorful commentator. Her humor is a great part of the show and her Twitter feed shows her to be a lot more than just a pretty face.
- Chloe Bennett...actress who plays Skye/Daisy/Quake on Agents of SHIELD
- Clare Kramer...played in the 1st Bring It On movie and then as the hellgod Glorificus in Buffy The Vampire Slayer...hasn't aged a day since
- Danielle Panabaker...Plays Dr Caitlin Snow on the Flash
- Debbie Gibson..pop superstar from the late 80s...still gorgeous and follows me on Twitter
- Eliza Dushku...actress from Bring It On, Buffy, Tru Calling, and Dollhouse to name a few
- Emily Bett Rickard...actress who plays Felicity Smoak on Arrow
- Janina Gavankar...played McKenna Hall on Arrow and now plays Homeland Security Agent Diana Thomas on Sleepy Hollow
- Jenna Dewan Tatum...actress and dancer who played Lucy Lane on Supergirl
- Jessica Alba...actress and business leader. Played in Dark Angel, Into the Blue, Fantastic Four, and Good Luck Chuck to name a few...still as gorgeous as ever and founded and leads the Honest Company
- Jessica Camacho...actress who played FBI agent Sophie Foster on Sleepy Hollow and Gypsy on the Flash
- Jessica Collins...actress who's mostly known for soaps but also played Tru's older sister Meredith on Tru Calling
- Joanna Krupa.. Supermodel who's big on animal welfare...She teamed with Terrell Owens in Superstars the summer of 2009...she and her husband both follow me on Twitter and Instagram
- Julianne Hough...singer, dancer and actress from Dancing with the Stars and from Rock of Ages
- Kaley Cuoco...actress who's played on 8 Simple Rules and Charmed...now stars as Penny on Big Bang Theory
- Katie Cassidy...the daughter of 70s icon David Cassidy, she's an actress with roles on Supernatural and Melrose Place before starring as Laurel Lance on Arrow
- Katrina Law..actress who currently stars in Training Day after portraying the beautiful but deadly Nyssa Al Ghul on Arrow...big on animal charities, especially Kitt Crusaders
- Katy Perry...singer
- Kristin Kreuk..actress who played Lana Lang on Smallville and starred in the TV series Beauty and the Beast
- Krysten Ritter...actress who I first saw when playing the "bitchy friend" on She's Out Of My League and as beautiful as Alice Eve is, Krysten is just as beautiful, IMO...she now plays Jessica Jones in the Netflix series
- Laura Vandervoort...played Supergirl on Smallville, Lisa on V, and Elena on Bitten and even made an appearance on Supergirl as Indigo. Those incredible blue eyes of hers could suck any guy in
- Lauren Brill...speaking of incredible eyes, Lauren's beautiful brown eyes were mesmerizing me for a couple of years when she did sports on WIVB...she treats the subjects of her stories as people instead of stats and can make even baseball highlights seem exciting. Met her briefly a couple of times at Bandits games before she left for Cleveland.
- Maisie Richard-Sellers...plays Vixen on Legends of Tomorrow
- Malese Jow...admittedly, I watched the Vampire Diaries for a couple of seasons before it just got too angst-filled and that's where I saw Malese Jow playing a vampire. Since then, I saw her in a Lifetime movie once before she became Linda Park on The Flash
- Marissa Bailey...news anchor in Chicago who I first saw when she was at WGRZ in Buffalo. Has a bit of a Marilyn Monroe vibe about her with the curves and was easily my favorite anchor before she left, not only for her beauty but the way she mixed her personality with professionalism. Met her once before a Bills open practice and she's every bit as gorgeous in person as she is on air.
- Marta Krupa...younger sister of Joanna Krupa who shares her love of animals and is every bit as gorgeous...engaged to Indy Car driver Marco Andretti
- Masiela Lusha...played Carmen on the George Lopez Show and has had roles in a variety of films and on TV. She joined the Sharknado series with #4 as Gemini and is supposed to be in #5 alongside Cassie Scerbo, whose character Nova seems to be an idol of Gemini's
- Melissa Benoist...plays Supergirl and while I originally thought she was merely cute, her sign at the Women's March on January 21 took her to knockout status in my book.
- Mila Kunis...never watched That 70s Show but she took my breath away in Forgetting Sarah Marshall and in Friends With Benefits
- Natalie Portman...Star Wars prequels, Thor, No Strings Attached...this petite beauty always captures the screen
- Nina Dobrev...another I found on Vampire Diaries....breathtaking beauty and she brought even the devout Tim Tebow to his knees on Lip Sync Battle
- Noureen Deowulf...wife of NHL goalie Ryan Miller who was a star on the Charlie Sheen series Anger Management
- Paula Abdul...former Laker Girl turned choreographer turned singer. Still a knockout nearly 30 years later...follows me on Twitter
- Ryan Newman...took over the role of Claudia Shepard in the Sharknado films and actually looked 5 years older between #3 and #4 thanks to make-up and wardrobe. She was beautiful in #3 but blew it out of the water the following film. Any guy would be smitten with those gorgeous blue eyes of hers.
- Sara Jean Underwood...while a few on this list have appeared in Playboy, Sara is the only one to have made her claim to fame because of it...as the 2007 Playmate of The Year...the hottest Playmate ever, IMO and still breathtaking a decade later
- Scarlett Johansson...curvy actress who would be viewed as one of the hottest actresses on the planet no what era she's in...plays Natasha Romanov in the Avengers films
- Selena Gomez...gorgeous pop star who, for some reason, was romantically linked to one of the biggest douchebags in entertainment for years...thankfully her tastes have improved
- Taylor Swift...leggy blonde who started off singing country but transitioned to pop

No more Bandettes coverage?
Looks like that might be the case. Last season,at the end of the 2nd to last game, a security guard I had never seen before came up to me and said someone was bothered by my photo taking...said he'd be watching me. It had me a little spooked to be honest. The next game, the season finale, he came up to me early in the game and said it again...and that if I took any photos in the tunnel area, he'd have to take my camera and I'd lose my seats. He then went on to claim that it was the Bandettes who were complaining....which is very odd considering I'd gotten nothing but extremely positive feedback from each of them all season long. I think every last one of them made a point to thank me for her Bandette of The Week feature.
Well, I left the game shortly afterwards and didn't bother ordering playoff tickets. Since then, I've asked for feedback and clarification on the issue from the arena and from the Bandits....nothing.
A buddy has often suggested contacting one of the Bandettes to find out if someone on the squad was, in fact, trashing me behind my back after being nice to my face. I refuse to do that because it would do nothing to improve the situation regardless of the response. If I found out that someone had stabbed me in the back, the knife in the back would hurt more than the numbness I've been feeling about the issue. If no one with the Bandettes was responsible, and the security guard was lying, then it does nothing to make things better if the security guard will be harassing me again.
It's a shame because the squad deserves better but if some scumbag on a powertrip is gonna steal my camera anyway, showing up will do no good.
Worst part about it is that everyone has something they will be remembered for. For most it's children or some big noteworthy achievement...for me, it's the Blog...working to give back...to ensure Buffalo's pro cheerleaders have photos to share with their children, grandchildren, and everyone else. Hopefully I'll be able to do more of that someday soon.

The 2016 election and Trump

Hitler did that exact same thing...literally, within a few months of taking office. If you can't see the comparisons between Hitler and Trump, then Trump loves you, the poorly educated.

As a veteran, the idea of supporting a man who's treated veterans the way he has is beyond disgusting. For one, he used us as an excuse to skip a debate in January as well as to garner support. Instead of engaging in the debate, he hosted a fundraiser for veterans' groups....or so we were all told. Up until late May, those veterans' groups saw a mere pittance of that $6 million he claimed to raise. What happened in May to get him to fork over that money? After veterans' groups were asking about the missing money, the media started looking into it and the fact that the money hadn't gone where it was supposed to was revealed to the public on May 31...."coincidentally" the same day that money finally reached the hands of those it was intended for. I don't believe in coincidence and especially considering it shouldn't take over 4 months for donations to make it to the recipients, particularly in this day and age. If anyone really thinks he had any intention of giving that money to vets, then I imagine you're the proud owner of the Brooklyn Bridge.
Let's bring up his record in military service...he thinks a military school compares to actually being in the military? I don't expect every politician to serve in the military...but to dodge the draft and expect to become commander-in-chief? Sorry...but if I were still in the service, I'd have a tough time respecting a boss like that.
Then there's the way he spoke down about John McCain and other POWs. I have little respect for McCain as a politician and wanted no part of having him in the White House despite the fact that he conducted himself with a lot more class and decorum in the 2008 campaign than Trump has. However, as a veteran, I have the utmost respect for POWs. Yeah, it sucks that they were captured but they eventually returned home and some, like McCain, made the most of their freedom...but Trump has no respect for that?
- He wants to build a wall between the USA and Mexico...and force Mexico to pay for it. The wall would be useless anyway since many tunnels are dug and found every day...a wall would do little to deter illegal immigration and forcing Mexico to pay for it? There's a word for that....extortion, a felony offense.
- Let's not forget about the fact that he wants to torture captured prisoners...also criminal offenses on an international level. His supporters claim that since terrorists do it, we should too. If you support breaking the law just because others do it, I have to wonder if there are unsolved crimes that you're responsible for. Someone else breaking the law is NEVER an excuse to break that same law...NEVER. No decent human being will ever accept that as a justifiable excuse to break the law.
- Also, there are reports I've seen that say he raped a 13 year old girl and paid off another rape victim to keep quiet. Some may find that to be unbelievable but this is the same guy who's talked about his own daughter in, shall we say, a non-fatherly way. So far, there are 4 women who have alleged they were sexually assaulted by Trump. Yeah, they're just accusations so far but so was all the talk about Hillary's emails, Cosby's rapes, Jared Fogle, Michael Jackson, and Jerry Sandusky to name a few. Hell, some people still say Joe Paterno was guilty of covering up Sandusky's crimes despite all the evidence that proves otherwise.
- He's against the 1st Amendment, specifically 3 of the 4 parts of it
- freedom of assembly...he's encouraged his supporters to attack protesters which has only encouraged more protests, some of which have included violence...violence begets violence. When Obama first ran in 2008, he not only didn't encourage violence towards protesters, he didn't even have them thrown out...he told them that he'd address their concerns at the end of his speech.
- freedom of religion...wants to deny entry to the US based on religion? A few things wrong with that...we have freedom of religion in this nation so to use religion as a basis to deny entry can't be defended. For another, there's no way of really proving someone's religion...you'll block good Muslims from coming in but the terrorists will just lie about their religion and you'll let them in. There even used to be talk of registering Muslims...and people wonder where the Hitler comparisons come from? The registration talk has died down, thankfully.
- freedom of the press...won't allow news organizations into his rallies because they've said mean things about him and has talked about suing for libel. Fox News is known for making crap up and nothing's happened to them and there's several propaganda websites out there that the uninformed buy into without thinking. They build a story with one or two small facts in them but everything else in the story is totally made up. Many are listed at http://www.fakenewswatch.com/ so question anything any of those sites post...or better yet, ignore them. You'd be better off getting news from The Onion than from Red Flag News or American News
- He's a conspiracy theorist...believes climate change is a hoax started by the Chinese....I'm sorry, but if you don't have a grip on reality, you have no business anywhere close to political office
- Ben Carson claims that Trump is a far different person away from the cameras and rallies...so a former opponent turned backer said he has split personalities...again...no business in politics...should be under psychiatric care
- His 1st wife said he kept a book of Hitler speeches at his bedside...not shocking considering he's been using Hitler rise to power as a blueprint...making empty promises saying he'll "Make America Great" again even though we already are great...Germany was recovering from World War I...and he's done his best to stir up hatred, paranoia, and fear...anyone who can't see the comparison shouldn't have a high school diploma.
- Bigotry to the extreme
- when he first received an endorsement by the KKK, he was asked about it and it took him 2 days of "research" before he'd denounce them. I'm sorry, but if you don't automatically know they're nothing but scumbags, you're either a racist yourself or beyond stupid.
- his whole banning Muslims from entering the USA...and there was even talk about registering Muslims that already live in the USA though that died down. Besides the obvious comparisons to Hitler and the Nazis this draws as well the fact this flies in the face of the 1st Amendment, there's also the fact that there's nothing justified about profiling based on religion. For one, there's no way to do it...people of all races follow Islam and the only ones you'd keep out would be honest ones. If a terrorist who follows extremist Islam wants to come in, he's not gonna admit that he's Muslim. Plus, more Christians commit mass murders in the USA than Muslims do and it's not even close. But just as the vast majority of Christians are peaceful, the same holds true for people of every religion.
- Trump has even openly mocked a disabled reporter and has said that he doesn't trust blacks with his finances, only the Jewish
- Speaking of the Jewish, who could forget when Trump tweeted out that photo of Hillary with a Star of David superimposed over a pile of money? Their excuse was that it was supposed to be a sheriff star from Google shapes...except that sheriff stars have rounded points and the entire image with the money, Hillary, and the Star of David with the words "Most Corrupt Candidate Ever" was found on a white supremacist message board on June 15...17 days before Trump tweeted it...no way in hell does his staff create the exact same image coincidentally so there's some anti-Semitism for you as well. Yeah, Ivanka converted to Judaism when she married but people hate homosexuality despite having children who are homosexuals....and that's not even a choice. So to say that he can't hate Jews because his daughter chose to become one is beyond preposterous.
- How racist Trump truly is is hard to say for sure but there's no denying that his campaign has been built on divisiveness, paranoia, hatred, and yes, racism.
- People seem to think that Trump generally abhors political correctness but here's the thing...political correctness is going to extremes not to offend someone. There's nothing wrong with that...I'm not a big fan of it either...walking on eggshells all the time just doesn't seem right except in certain circumstances. However, there's a difference between not going to extremes not to offend someone and intentionally offending people. Trump's taken things to the opposite extreme. At least he does his best to offend everyone I guess...unfortunately a lot of people either pay little attention to what he says or just don't care. If you're not bothered by his bullying, are you any better than the bully himself?
- Nukes...this is the scariest thing. His spokesperson said he wouldn't be afraid to use them....and then he admitted he'd use them on Europe if he felt the need. It's well-known what kind of loose temper he has....and to have control of the nuclear launch codes? Unless you're selling bomb and nuclear fallout shelters, there's no one who would benefit from a Trump presidency.
- Foreign policy....wants to abandon NATO allies and treaties, including the Paris Agreement on climate change. Planning on making enemies, being careless with nuclear bomb talk, no concern for the environment...he should be locked away, not running for President. Diplomacy is one of the biggest responsibilities of being a world leader. Those who are bad at it hurt their countries
- He talks about bringing jobs back to America even though he's a big culprit in outsourcing. Hell, Ivanka brought up bringing jobs back while wearing a dress from her own line....manufactured in China. Hard to believe someone is so against something when they do it themselves and he's never shown an interest in ending the outsourcing his clothing manufacturing is involved in. His buildings are built primarily with Chinese steel when there are plenty of steel companies who would be more than happy to manufacture steel for new buildings. He was asked early on if he would bring the jobs back in his companies if the playing field were levelled more and he said no.
A lot is brought up about how the media has been influencing this election and the fact of the matter is....it's true...but not in the way that Trump supporters want to believe. If they were working against Trump, then why would they sweep his scandals under the rug so often? You hear about Hillary's emails all the time and have heard about them the entire campaign. Everytime a Trump scandal comes up...it gets press for a couple of days...but then it disappears. He has a trial for fraud coming up November 28th but the press barely touched that if at all. Or how about the rapes? He committed full-blown rape on 3 occasions that are known about...to Ivana Trump, his ex-wife...to Jill Harth, a business associate who didn't press charges so that her husband would maintain his business relationship with Trump, and then the most disturbing, a 13-year old girl who was lured to a sex party by known pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. She had a lawsuit filed against Trump with a court date for December 16 and a press conference scheduled for this past Wednesday. Citing death threats, she cancelled the press conference and dropped the suit. A copy of the lawsuit can be found at https://www.scribd.com/doc/316386913/Doe-V-Donald-Trump but it does get rather graphic. For anyone doubting the veracity of the claims, a video was released a month or so ago that featured Trump bragging about sexual assault. He claimed, at a debate, he never did what he claimed he did when he didn't know he was being filmed. Personally, I think a person is more honest about things "behind closed doors" when he/she doesn't know they're on camera. Here's the thing...he claimed that it never happened...and then about a dozen or so women came forward and said he did do it to them. It's also come out that he went backstage into dressing rooms at beauty pageants where contestants were in various states of undress. Now, I get that he owns the Miss Universe Pageant....but a man does NOT belong back there. He's a fucking pervert.
Anyway, up until that tape surfaced, the media kept brushing his scandals under the rug but kept harping on emails...so if you truly think Clinton is worse than Trump, I think you've let the media influence you too much....and again, I can't stand Hillary at all.
If you want proof of the media's bias towards Trump, look no further than the Commander-In-Chief forum.

Matt Lauer handled the event and if anyone saw him the next day, they would've seen what looked like orange lipstick on his mouth...because of how much he was on his knees for Trump.
- gave them different rules to follow....he told Clinton not to attack her opponent...she mentioned him once....he told Trump to keep attacks to a minimum....and he spent 10-15 minutes of his time attacking either Clinton or Obama
- When Clinton was up, Lauer spent the 1st half of her session talking about emails...asking the same questions multiple times and when it came time for real issues, he either told her to make it brief or cut her off in the middle of a statement.
- When Trump was up, he was given free reign on questions and answers and was never once questioned when he was caught in a lie...like his early support for the war in Iraq. He claimed he was never for it even though there's audio evidence that he was for it at first. Not once did Lauer call him out for that lie.

Kaepernick and NFL players protesting
As for the protest itself...I admit that while I support his right to protest, I did not like the way he did it. Sitting during the anthem at a sporting event can be perceived as unpatriotic as the flag and the anthem aren't meant to honor the bad cops who break the laws they are sworn to uphold. That flag is a symbol....and that anthem was written to celebrate...the freedoms that men and women have died to give us and protect us from losing. In my view, while his protest was just, the manner in which he did it could be improved upon...and he did so the next game...by kneeling instead of sitting. Kneeling is still outside the norm so it still sparks conversation but it takes a special kind of stupid to think kneeling is the slightest bit disrespectful. If anything, it's even more respectful than standing. When people go to church and kneel during some portions of the service, are they being disrespectful in doing so? Kneeling is FAR from disrespectful.

Mob mentality
Just so funny sitting back watching people bash Bon Jovi because of the rumors started by the Toronto Sun's John Kryk. They bought into it so easily that he wants to move the Bills based on anonymous sources. The only legitimate concern would be the fact that Larry Tannenbaum and Ed Rogers are partnering with him. I don't trust either of them.
Jon himself has always treated people with class and does things like open a restaurant where you don't even have to pay a set price... just a donation or help out at the restaurant for a bit if you're broke. Yet a lot of people act like he's the anti-Christ. Anytime someone says he wants to keep the team here, they're immediately branded as liars by the anti-Bon Jovi mob. Even John Kryk, who started the rumor in the first place got called a liar when he reversed course and said they'd keep the team in Buffalo. Mob mentality at its finest.
Last week, an anonymous source said that the Bon Jovi group had researched a few Toronto stadium sites but a few days later, Kryk reports that the sites in Toronto were researched not by Bon Jovi or Tannenbaum, but by Ed Rogers...18 months ago before and over a year before he joined up with Bon Jovi and Tannenbaum. Who to believe? People believed Kryk at first but they've been calling him a liar for months. Lol
Personally, I don't know what to believe...I don't trust Bon Jovi's partners but he seems committed to being the majority owner...which would give him the control over those two. I'd much prefer Pegula but there's a part of me that would love to see Bon Jovi get the team and promptly sign a long term lease, so I can then laugh my ass off at all the people who would start kissing his ass after they were insufferable assholes to him for months. I actually saw one guy actually talking like he'd abandon the team if Bon Jovi got the team even with a long term lease. Says a lot about the mob mentality they have.
